| 摘 要： | 中国传记本有着极浓郁的“释经”特征，但在彰扬传记伦理价值的同时，“树碑”心态导致伟饰之弊端至今犹存；西方传记文本的“忏悔”特征在叙写传主私生活时较为坦率，但有时也太不“节制”。“史传合一”的中国传记文本，在重视传记的历史性的同主拘囿于历史，文体不独立，“史传分离”的西方传记文本则了地处理了传主与时代的关系。

| Abstract: | Chinese biography often focuses on the morality of its subject, choosing to ignore his or her faults; western biography, on the other hand, pursues the naked and plain truth .The Chinese biographer believes that biography is a branch of history, unlike the western biographer who does not. |
