基于CRP模型的评论热点挖掘研究修正版

摘    要:鉴于现在人们习惯在网络上表达自己的产品情感,网络评论变得繁多而杂乱,文章提出应用中餐馆模型(CRP)来挖掘用户评论热点,此方法克服了应用LDA模型挖掘用户评论热点方法不能自动确定热点话题的数目的问题,CRP模型不仅能自主发现评论热点及其更新的评论,还能准确确定出热点评论。以26 157篇餐馆评论为数据样本,实验证明该方法能得到了较好的效果。

Abstract:Because people are used to expressing their feelings about the products on internet,comments are many and complex.This study examines how the Chinese Restaurant Process(CRP) model can be used to identify hot topics from free-text customer reviews.This method overcomes the shortcomings that LDA model can’t automatically identify the number of hot topics from free-text customer reviews.CRP model can autonomously discover the hot reviews and the updated hot comments,and can accurately identify the hot topics.26,157 restaurant reviews are collected,and the analytical results show that this approach could produce satisfactory results.
