| 摘 要： | 近年来,家族创业正成为国内外家族企业领域研究的一个热点.但现有的研究忽略了一些"家族性"因素对家族创业行为的影响.为此,本丈以江苏部分家族企业为例,对家族成员特征和家族创业行为之间的关系进行实证研究.研究结果表明,家族企业领导人的任期与家族创业行为负相关,而家族企业领导人的学历、职业背景、家族成员间的共同愿景、信任、内部联系与家族创业行为正相关.家族企业领导人的年龄与家族创业行为不相关.
