摘    要:以浙江省优秀女子举重运动员为研究对象,通过研究大强度运动前后,不同运动员血清脂肪酸的代谢情况,尤其是n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的变化情况,为制定适度的训练安排以及合理的膳食提供一定的理论依据。结果显示,大强度运动前后,运动员血清脂肪酸的组成和含量均发生了显著性变化,不饱和脂肪酸量总量都在升高,花生四烯酸量都在降低,总的n-3多不饱和脂肪酸含量也发生了变化,而且不同运动员由于自身体质状况和运动能力的不同,对大强度运动产生的反应也差异较大。

Abstract:We chose excellent women weightlifting athletes from Zhejiang Province for study,and then provided theoretical basis for appropriate training arrangements and dietary by studying serum fatty acid metabolism,especially n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid changes before and after acute exercises.The results showed that athletes' serum fatty acid composition and content had significantly changed.For example,the total amount of unsaturated fatty acids increased and arachidonic acid reduced.Besides,the total n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids also changed.We also found that athletes acted quite differently due to their own physical condition and athletic ability.
