| 摘 要： | 河北省的高校纷纷增设英语专业,扩招学生.是否能够培养出建设经济强省所需的英语专业人才,是河北省高校英语专业教学面临生死存亡的关键.要解决这一问题,开设英语专业的高校需要在课程设置,师资建设等方面不断创新,课程设置的综合化、科学化,教师队伍建设的复合化成为亟待解决的问题.

| Abstract: | Globalization demands Hebei Province to train English majors of greater number and of better quality.Correspondingly,many colleges and universities set up English major and recruit more students.It is crucial for the colleges and universities to produce eligible English talents needed in economic construction.The curriculum design and teaching staff construction are the two keys to the English talents training program. |
