北五味子中多糖含量的测定

摘    要:目的:建立测定北五味子中多糖含量的方法.方法:采用比色法测定北五味子中多糖含量.结果:测得北五味子中多糖含量为6.57%,平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=1.54%.结论:该方法简便,精密度及重现性均较好.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the polysactharide content in Schisandrachinensis Turcz.Methods: The polysaccharide content in Schisandrachinensis Turcz is determined by using the method of comparing colors.Results: The polysachardes content in north Wuweizi is 6.57%,the average recovery rate is 99.78%,and RSD is 1.54%.Conclusion: This method is simple.the result is stable and reproducible.So the result is satisfactory.
