| Abstract: | After pointing out and demonstrating the mistakes on present formulae about the interference of polarized light over light intensity,and the corresponding defects in terms of research methodology in current teaching materials,the paper deduces by means of Jones matrix a new formula on the distribution of light intensity which can be utilized in all cases. |
