| 摘 要： | 文化资源开发实质上就是文化产业化的过程。文化资源与其他资源不同，其开发过程不但要满足经济效益、社会效益，而且要实现自身的价值保护与增长，要实现文化产业与文化事业的协同发展，这完全取决于开发方式。开发的模式和程度不但影响了文化资源的价值，而且决定了文化产业发展的水平。因此，为了对文化资源开发过程所涉及的经济效益、社会效益和可持续发展效益进行综合评价，构建客观、合理的评价指标体系，构建评价文化资源开发效益的分析模型很有必要。

| Abstract: | Cultural resources development is essentially the process of cultural industrialization. Cultural resource is different from other resources. The process of its development needs not only to meet economic benefits and social effect but also to realize the guarantee and increase of its own value. The realization of coordinated development of cultural industry and cultural cause completely depends on its developing methods. The development model and level not only influence the value of cultural resources but also decide the development level of cultural industry. Therefore, in order to comprehensively evaluate the eco- nomical benefits, social effect and the sustainable development result related to the course of cultural resources development, it is necessary to construct an objective and reasonable evaluation system, and to construct an analyzing model in the evaluation of cultural resources development benefit. |
