| 摘 要： | 信息产业是国民经济的重要组成部分，是中国经济增长的源泉之一，文章从中国信息产业发展的现状出发，分析了其存在的主要问题，即经济基础薄弱，信息资源开发利用程度低，政策和法规不完善，针对这些问题，作者进一步探讨了中国信息产业发展的战略对策。
