| 摘 要： | 通过对2008年奥运会志愿者的培训进行分析和研究,首先详细叙述了培训类型与形式,进而提出要确定奥运志愿者培训的步骤及内容,并认为应包括通用培训、专业培训和岗位培训。最后,建议奥运志愿者应最终构成为社会持续发展的积极资本,使其事后仍能对社会产生积极的作用。

| Abstract: | From the analysis about volunteers training for Beijing Olympic games,the article narrates the models and types of the training,then bring forward the steps and contents should include current training,special training and station' training.At last,the article thinks that the volunteers should be active capital for societies sustaining development. |
