| 摘 要： | 高职院校图书馆是为学校的教学教研服务的，最大限度地满足读者的需求是图书馆追求的目标。文章从读者认知、情感、意志过程和读者个性心理探讨读者心理状况，提出相应的图书馆建设的措施，以便最大限度满足读者的正常需求，更好地发挥图书馆的作用。

| Abstract: | Vocational School library is a unit which services the teaching and research, to meet the readers＇ need as best as possible is a goal pursued by the library. This article explores the psychological state of the readers from understanding, emotion, personality, and puts forward the related measures of library construetion in order to meet the normal demand as best as possible and play the role of the library better. |
