| Abstract: | Modern libraries develop in the direction of digitalization, in the form of network and resource-share. To set up a database is the center of the construction of resources. Therefore, the paper puts forth some advice directed against some problems appearing in the course of resources construction and also discussed systematically the way and countermeasures to follow and adopt. |
