| 摘 要： | 本文对独立学院的办学类型进行定位,对影响教学质量问题进行了分析,并提出了更加有效、更加有针对性的过程管理模式;对如何提高教学质量的具体举措进行了分析,通过加强教学质量管理、编写符合独立学院学生的教学计划、完善优化教师结构可以提高独立学院的教学质量,并可有效地带动学生的动手能力及创新能力的提高。
