| 摘 要： | 高校的素质教育工作坚持以邓小平理论和＂三个代表＂重要思想为指导,以提高学生整体素质为宗旨,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,以全面提高学生政治思想道德素质为核心,培养和造就有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的德智体美劳等全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。高等师范院校的学生更应该加强这方面的工作,这就要求高等师范院校采取一些新颖的手段：开展丰富的＂第二课堂＂活动;采取导师制;加强班主任工作。
