| Abstract: | The practical and theoretical foundation of research-teaching in social work education is put forward on the basis of the capacity requirements for social workers and the learning-by-doing theory by John Dewey.Taking the social policy subject as an illustration,the specific approaches to implementation are proposed as well. |
