| Abstract: | In the current stage, with the development of secondary vocational education environment, the head teacher＇s management is more difficult, so the head teacher＇s responsibility is heavier. Combining with the writer＇s experience as a head teacher, this paper explores the countermeasure for the head teacher＇s management work with the analysis of factors affecting the head teacher＇s work as the starting point. |
