| 摘 要： | 近些年,培养具有创新能力的高素质人才已成为当前国家发展的战略目标。本文对国内外对创新型人才的属性、特质进行理论的界定和各种具体人才培养模式的举措进行经验的分析的相关文献进行综述,对于创新型人才培养模式的推进具有一定的理论和实践意义。
