| 摘 要： | 心理学意义上讲,幼儿教育是一个需要教师与幼儿之间情感互动的过程,应注重唤起幼儿教师积极的教学情感。来自园长、家长以及社会各界的正向期望会使幼儿教师感到被尊重、理解和认可,有助于增强幼儿教师的教学情感。
