摘    要:心理学意义上讲,幼儿教育是一个需要教师与幼儿之间情感互动的过程,应注重唤起幼儿教师积极的教学情感。来自园长、家长以及社会各界的正向期望会使幼儿教师感到被尊重、理解和认可,有助于增强幼儿教师的教学情感。

Abstract:From the psychology perspective,preschool education is a process which includes the emotional interaction between teachers and young children.To arouse the teacher's active teaching emotional should be the focus.Preschool teachers will feel respected,understanding and acceptance if they feel positive expectations that help to improve themselves' teaching emotional from the principal,family members,and the social from all walks of life.
