| 摘 要： | 连云港作为中国十大海港之一，有着极为优越的区位，但是连云港的城市发展和城市化水平与其优越区位不符。中国西部大开发为连云港的港口和经济提供了新的发展空间。文章分析了西部大开发对连云港的城市化的多方面的影响，并提出了通过城市创新来提升城市化的新举措。

| Abstract: | The development and urbanization of Lianyungang, one of 10 big ports in China,donot match the preferential position it enjoys. The western development movement provides good opportunities for port and economical development of Li-anyungnag and brings multi - effects on the urbanization of Lianyungang. This paper offers the analysis of those effects and proposes new measures to enhance the urbanization through municipal innovation. |
