| 摘 要： | 随着各高校发展规模的日益扩大,档案信息量不断增加,利用方式和管理模式也逐渐多样化,档案管理信息化应运而生。高等学校档案管理信息化是高校管理信息化的重要组成部分。笔者就对高校档案管理的理解,提出档案信息化的发展和存在的问题及其解决方法,使学校档案工作真正做到方便、准确、快捷,为学校和社会创造更大的经济效益和社会价值。

| Abstract: | University archives information keeps increasing along with the widening of the university scale,and the utilization and management are getting more flexible too.Informatization management of archives,as one part of university informatization management,is emerging.The author puts forward possible problems and countermeasures according to own understanding so as to help the informatization process more convenient and accurate,which can create more economic benefit and social value. |
