| 摘 要： | 以中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI2012-2013)来源期刊和扩展版来源期刊为依据,对收录于管理学、经济学、心理学和高校综合性学报类的144篇国内文献,从期刊载文分布、合作者情况、基金资助、研究方法、高被引文献等角度,运用计量统计法分析2001-2011年期间心理契约违背问题的研究进展,对五大热门主题的研究进行述评,并对该领域的未来发展趋势做出预测。

| Abstract: | Based on 144 papers published on those key Journals in three subjects of management,economics,psychology and comprehensive academic journals sponsored by universities,the paper used bibliometric Statistics to make a survey of academic progress in the field of psychological contract violation from the perspectives of journal distribution,co-authors,funds assistant,methodology and high-cited literatures from 2001 to 2011,and offered a review about the hot topics in the psychological contract violation.Finally,the author tried to forecast the trends in the future. |
