| 摘 要： | 在大众传媒和学术论坛上发表自己的主张及研究结果,公布自己制定的法规和采取的措施,这是各种社会组织和政府机构参与药品监管活动的重要方式之一。本文收集美国和中国发表的以药品监管为主题的文献,对于两国发表或发布这些文献的机构分别进行分类和计量,并把分类和计量的结果进行比较,从一个侧面折射出中美两国药品监管参与机构多样性的程度差异,并进一步论述了参与机构多样性对于构建完善的药品监管体制的重要意义。

An Analysis of Institutes Authoring the Literature Concerned with Regulation of Medicines |

| Abstract: | It is one of the important ways of participation in regulation of medicines for organizations to publish their opinions or findings gotten in studies on this issue in mass media and academic forums,as well as for government agencies to publish regulations established or measures taken by them.Literature concerned with regulation of medicines published by American institutes and that published by Chinese institutes was collected in this paper.The two nation’s institutes authoring the literature was classified and measured respectively and the results of classification and measurement were compared.This comparison reflected in a way the difference in degree of diversity of American institutes and Chinese institutes participating in regulation of medicines.Furthermore,this paper argued that diversity of participating institutes was of significance for construction of a sound regulation system of medicines. |
