知识转移视域下读者参与图书馆服务创新绩效研究

摘    要:图书馆的核心竞争力在于服务创新,读者参与是其服务创新爆发点,读者与图书馆之间的互动过程势必影响到图书馆服务创新绩效。为此,在分析读者参与3个维度的基础上,结合读者知识以及其知识转移绩效,构建一个模型,重点分析了读者参与的3个维度对读者知识转移绩效的影响,并进一步影响图书馆服务创新绩效的效果,指出读者知识转移对图书馆服务创新绩效呈现正向的促进作用。

Study of Knowledge Transfer Perspective Readers to Participate in the Innovation Performance of Library Services

Abstract:The library’s core competitiveness lies in the service innovation,the reader involved in the outbreak of the service innovation,the interactive process between the readers and the library is bound to affect the innovation performance of library services.To this end,the analysis of the readers to participate on the basis of three dimensions,combined with the readers knowledge and knowledge transfer performance,build a model,the focus of readers participated in the three dimensions of knowledge transfer perfonnance of the reader,and further affect the books the effect of the museum of service innovation performance,revealing the positive effect of the readers knowledge transfer service innovation performance.
