| 摘 要： | 英汉两种语言的语法、语义衔接大同而小异。但由于英汉小句复合体的构句方式的巨大不同，两者在逻辑衔接上表现出本质性差异。英语主要是显性的逻辑衔接。而汉语除此以外，更多的是通过语序象似性与话题有关性来帮助实现小句复合体内部的衔接。

| Abstract: | There are more similarities than differences between English and Chinese regarding the first two kinds of cohesion. However, there exists great heterogeneity between the two languages in logical cohesion because of their different sentence-building patterns. Besides the explicit logical cohesion, which is almost always employed in an English clause complex, iconicity of the word order and aboutness of the topic usually contribute much to the cohesion within a Chinese clause complex. |
