| 摘 要： | 二板市场是高新技术企业发展的资本运作平台，是高新技术企业的一个独立的资本市场，没有二板市场高新技术企业资本将很难实现它的价值。在高新技术企业成功的国家和地区二板市场功不可没。2000年起全世界二板市场大跌是世界性高新技术产业的周期衰退的结果，而不是原因。中国现在正在进入高新技术产业发展期，这个时候正需要二板市场支持。

| Abstract: | The second stock market is a platform on which the capital of hi-tech industry operates. It is an independent capital market for hi-tech enterprise. The capital of hi-tech enterprises will not realize its value without the second stock market, which plays an important role in countries where hi-tech industries booms. The slump of the second stock market is the result of the recession of hi-tech industries, not the causes. Hi-tech industries in China are at a stage of rapid development, during which the second stock market plays an important role. |
