| 摘 要： | 推行听证会制度,可以促进政府行政管理模式的科学化,促进政府行政管理模式的进一步完善。同时,还可以调节消费与需求之间的关系,有助于消费者参与价格及其他公共事务决策活动,提高政府决策民主化的程度。加强听证会制度的管理,其核心和灵魂就是要紧紧把握提高社会生产力的标准。政府在管理活动中要以此为指导原则,注意解决实际管理过程中存在的问题,并给予积极正确的舆论引导和严格监督。

| Abstract: | The application of Consultation meeting can improve the scientific model of administvative management Meanwhile,it adjusts the relationship between needs and consumations,and is of some help in the consumers' participation in decisive activities of price and some other public affairs soas to increase the government' s democracy in policy making. In the management of the consultation meeting system,the gouernment should be guided by the principle that the core of it is to raise the standard of the social productive forces, problems in the process of management should be solved and strict administration should be conducted. |
