| 摘 要： | 起诉是引起诉讼程序的前提。民事起诉权的行使,是人们寻求权利救济的重要措施。为了合理、有效地保障民事起诉权,本文分析了我国民事起诉制度的现状及其存在的问题,提出了完善民事起诉制度的措施。

| Abstract: | Prosecution is the premise for the process of litigation.The exercise of civil Prosecution right is one of the important measures for people to look for the relief right.In order to protect civil prosecution right reasonably and effectively,the author in this paper analyzes the current situation of our civil prosecution system and the existing problems,puts forward some measures to improve the system of civil prosecution. |
