| 摘 要： | 体育游戏是体育教学和运动训练常用的教学手段，可以使单调枯燥的练习内容变得趣味无穷，因而受到大学生们的普遍喜爱。通过从体育游戏的特点和作用、大学生的生理和心理特点出发，探讨如何把体育游戏教学与大学生的身心特点有机融合起来，使其在体育教学巾发挥出更大的作用。

| Abstract: | Sports game is a common teaching method for physical education and training,which makes the tedious exercise more funny,so much so that it has found favour with college students.Based on features and functions of sports game,this article discusses how to combine sport game with students' physiological and mental characteristics to enable it to play a more important role in sports teaching. |
