| 摘 要： | 对我国国民经济42个不同行业的专利运营综合实力进行评价研究,有助于把握不同行业专利运营实力的差异,推进我国知识产权商业运营体系的建设和发展。选择42个行业在2017年的专利运营数据,包括转让、诉讼、许可、标准、质押等12个指标,采用相关分析、因子分析、综合得分计算等方法,揭示了不同行业的专利运营综合实力的差异,为国家知识产权运营体系的推进提供了决策支撑。本研究的研究思路设计、研究方法与研究指标等,为今后类似的专利运营实力评价研究提供了新的思路、视角和方法。

| Abstract: | To evaluate and study the comprehensive strength of patent operation in 42 different industries of China's national economy is helpful for us to grasp the differences of patent operation strength in different industries and promote the construction and development of China's intellectual property business operation system.The authors select data on the patent operations of 42 industries in 2017,including 12 indicators such as the standard pledge of transfer litigation licenses,use the method of correlation analysis,factor analysis and comprehensive score calculation to reveal the difference of the comprehensive strength of patent operation in different industries,which provides decision support for the promotion of national intellectual property operation system.The design method and index of this study provide a new perspective and method for similar patent operation strength evaluation research in the future. |
