| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化趋势的不断发展,人口安全问题已经成为制约一个国家综合国力和国家安全的重要因素。人口安全的内容涉及的范围比较广泛,既有意识形态领域,也涉及科学技术层面。本文试就现代生育文化应有的功能与人口安全的相互关系重新认识现代生育文化的价值与意义。
