| 摘 要： | 体操这一学科区别于其它学科的特点是：在一般情况下学生处于动态的环境中，以身体练习为主，其中讲解、示范既是教师和学生沟通的桥梁，又是体操教师最基本的教学手段。标准的示范动作可以增强学生学习体操的兴趣并促使学生快速掌握技术要领。讲解与示范的有机结合，有利于学生技术动作的掌握和教学质量的提高。

| Abstract: | The characteristic of gymnastics are different from other disciplines: Students are in the dynamic environment in general cases, and practice for the main task of teaching with the body mainly. And it is the bridge where teacher and student communicate to explain and demonstrate; it is the teacher's teaching most basic means of gymnastics. The standard demonstration movement can improve students to their specialized interests and mastering the technological main point fast. The organic integration explained and demonstrating, help the improvement of grasping and teaching quality of student's technological movements. |
