| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校法治进程的进一步向前推进,高校法治化目标在现阶段已初步确立并得到一定程度的发展。高校法治文化是高校法治建设的核心和精神动力,它的培育对于加强高校法治建设具有非常重要的意义。针对目前我国高校法治文化建设中存在的如法制体系不健全,高校人的法治观念和主体意识不强,法律思想、意识、情感、信仰在高校人中还没有真正树立起来等诸多问题,宜从加强高校法制体系建设、加强高校法治文化理论的研究及普及、加强高校法治文化理念的塑造等方面予以完善,以期更好的推动高校法治进程。

| Abstract: | With the legal progress in universities,the goal of legalization of university has been established and developed to some degree.University legal culture is the core and the drive of the legal construction.The cultivation of the culture is of great significance to strengthening university legal construction.In the light of the problems in constructing university legal culture such as the lack of legal conception and subjective consciousness,It is necessary to promote the legal progress in university through strengthening the construction of legal system,and the research of the theory of legal culture in university,creating and popularizing the conception of legal culture in university. |
