| 摘 要： | 高校在促进三个文明建设、推动社会发展进步中肩负重任,高校教师的政治取向和思想素质如何,关系一代新人的培养和质量.重视和加强在高校中青年骨干教师中发展党员工作,意义重大.当前,高校中青年教师在政治上要求进步的氛围总体上不是很浓,中青年教师新党员数量逐年减少,本文着重对这个问题存在的原因进行分析,找出主要症结,并从正确认识在高校中青年骨干教师中发展党员工作的意义入手,提出加强和改进这项工作的措施.
