高职学生学习困难类型分析及改进措施

摘    要:学习困难作为一种心理障碍在不同年龄、不同层次的学生中都有一定表现。职学生学习困难问题比较突出。表现为智力偏低、被逼无奈、自卑放弃、放松懒惰、被动依赖、网络迷恋等六种类型。有效促进学习困难学生转化的措施主要有:倾注爱心,尊重学生;捕捉“闪光点”,激励学生;深入了解,督促学生;优化学习环境,帮助学生;分层教育,培养学生。

Abstract:As a kind of psychological obstacle, students'study difficulties not only exist in students of different age groups but also in different levels. As the higher vocational education develops, higher vocational students' study difficulties are more and more obvious. The problems include low inteUigence, negativeness, self-criticism, laziness, passiveness, Internet-addiction, etc. Effective measures to help them overcome the problems mainly are take good care of them and respect them; capture their advantages and encourage them; understand them and supervise them; optimize learning environment and help them; altogether with stratification education to train students..
