| 摘 要： | 职业教育发展存在以工程学为基础的"设计模式"和以生物学为基础的"内生模式"两种模式.长期以来,我国职业教育发展一直采用设计模式,这使得职业教育体系事实上一直游离于社会体系以外,并导致了世纪之交中等职业教育的大滑坡.我国职业教育要想获得持续发展,并真正体现其社会功能,必须从"设计模式"转向"内生模式".目前这一转换已在我国悄然进行着,它预示着我国职业教育发展正进入全新的历史发展时期.

| Abstract: | There are two development models in vocational education, which are plan-based model and endogenesis-based model. For a long time, the development of vocational education in our country has been following the plan-based model, which making the vocational education system being out of the social system, and so the great decline of the second vocational education took place at the turn of century. In order to got the root of persistent development, and so the social function of vocational education can bring into play really, the model of vocational education development should change from planed-based model to endogenesis-based model. This change has taken place in our country, which means that the vocational education is coming into a new history. |
