| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化是形成和创造新的生产力的关键环节，然而目前我国科技成果转化中企业科技信用缺失的现象较为严重，制约了我国科技成果转化的发展。文章论述了当前我国科技成果转化中企业科技信用失信的行为，分析了信用缺失的原因，提出了在科技成果莓化中建立企业科技信用管理体系的一些建议，希望能为改善科技成果转化中企业信用缺失的合作环境提供参考。

| Abstract: | Transformation of Scientific and technological achievements is key link of forming and creating new productivity. However the lack of trust in transformation of scientific and technological achievements is too serious to develope the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The article discusses acts of lacking of enterprise scientific and technological credit in transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and analyzes the reasons about lacking of trust. In order to improve the co-operative enviroment of the credit lack in transformation of scientific and technological achievements, some suggetions of establishing enterprise scientific and technological credit management system in transformation of scientific and technological achievements are given. |
