| 摘 要： | 今年是世界反法西斯战争胜利60周年,战争过去60年后的今天,我们看到,在东亚,互不信任的局面正在再度形成。2004年以来,中日之间不和谐的阴影正在扩散。历史问题方面,日本政要接连参拜靖国神社,通过右翼历史教科书,驳回战争受害者要求谢罪和赔偿的请求。在钓鱼岛问题上,日本日益强硬,东海油气田成为中日之间新的争议点。日本甚至公开宣布以中国为假想敌。总之,展望中日关系前景,无法乐观;处理不好,“政冷经热”会逐渐走向“政冷经冷”,甚至走向局部冷战。

| Abstract: | This year marks the 60th anniversary of the victory of the World People' s Anti - Fascist War. As many as sixty years have passed since the war ended. Yet, we can still notice today, that some East Asian countries have started to distrust each other again. Since 2004, the shadow of disharmony has been spreading over China and Japan. High - ranking Japanese political leaders have frequently visited and paid tribute to the Yasukuni Shrine, approved the history textbooks compiled by Japanese Rightists, which distort the historical fact of Japanese invasion, and rejected the justified demands of the war victims that Japan compensate for their losses and sufferings and apologize for its past crimes. Moreover, Japan has adopted an increasingly tough attitude towards Diaoyu Island. The oil gas fields in the Donghai Sea have become a new spot over which Japan disputes with China. Furthermore, Japan has even openly declared that China is Japan' s imaginary enemy. In brief, we have no reason to be optimistic while looking forward towards the prospects of the Sino - Japanese relations. If they are not handled well, " the politically cold and economically warm situation" will gradually turn into "the both politically and economically cold situation" , and even enter the state of a cold local war. |
