| 摘 要： | 研究高校自然科学学报学术质量和编校质量的量化管理问题.认为对学报质量必须进行量化管理,才能充分调动编辑的工作积极性,从制度上保证学报高质量出版.制定出学报质量管理的量化指标,并讨论量化管理所产生的积极影响.

| Abstract: | The problems of academic quality and the management of editing and proofreading in university science journals are discussed. And it is believed that as the result only through the quantization management can the initiative of the editors be brought into full play and can the quality of journals be guaranteed. Some suggestions on standard of the quantization management are given. And the positive effects brought about by such kind of management are discussed. |
