| 摘 要： | 首先从小区广播的原理及特点入手,分析了小区广播相对一般短信业务的特点,其独特的技术优势更适用于紧急状态下信息的快速便捷有效发布,因此被许多国家和政府列为法定的预警信息发布渠道;其二,详细介绍了当前其在国内外城市公共预警系统中的应用;其三,对小区广播在嘉兴地区气象预警信息发布中的应用前景进行了简要的探讨,指出区域性强、时效性高、覆盖面广等特点使其在突发性和局地性天气预警信息发布中具有远大的前景。另外,小区广播在日常生活中也可以为政府部门拓展服务渠道,提高政府部门的办事效率,同时在市场中提供创造性的服务。
