| 摘 要： | 目的比较两种非线性方法分析心率变异性(HRV)预测阵发性房颤(PAF)的优劣.方法:用近似熵和样本熵的方法分析已验证具有PAF的25例对象,分别分析他们PAF前期以及远离发病期的两段10 min心电数据的HRV,并且选择不同的熵测度计算参数对近似熵和样本熵的计算结果进行比较分析.结果:研究发现这25例对象在这两段时期内... |
