中国建筑业碳排放的影响因素分解及减排策略研究

摘    要:运用经济投入-产出分析法,建立了基于能源消耗的产业碳排放强度模型和建筑业碳足迹模型,核算了我国建筑业1995~2009年期间碳排放的分布特征;运用Kaya恒等式,从能源结构效应、能源强度效应、产业规模效应、经济产出效应4方面分解了建筑业直接碳排放和隐含碳排放的变动趋势,探讨了我国建筑业未来实施减排的途径和对策。研究表明,建筑业能源结构强度和规模产业能源强度的进一步降低是建筑业节能减排的关键。

Abstract:This paper analysis the economic input-output through to set up the model of the intensity of carbon emission of economic sectors based on their energy consumption and the model of carbon footprint of construction industry,correspondingly the distribution structure of its carbon emissions was also analyzed from 1995 to 2009.And then decomposition model of construction carbon emission was set up based on Kaya Model,by which the influencing factors of construction carbon emission was broken into four types including effect of energy structure,effect of energy intensity,effect of industrial-scale and effect of economic output,the situation and the trend of construction carbon emission was empirical analyzed to propose the reduction strategies.The result shows that reduction of the intensity of the energy structure and the industrial-scale energy was the key to reduction carbon emission for construction sector.
