| 摘 要： | 近年来,世界石油价格呈现上涨趋势,但各国对石油的需求仍很大,而石油又是不可再生资源,因此各国制定了一些应对石油大量消耗的能源政策。针对上述问题,文章选取中国和美国作为发展中国家和发达国家的代表,首先评估中国关于加强能源开采使用的国际合作以及在中国开发可再生新能源的政策,然后评估美国关于开发可再生新能源和提高美国的油气能源使用效率的政策,最后总结出这些能源政策的实施对各国减少石油依赖的作用。
