| 摘 要： | 寝室是当代大学生日常生活和学习的主要场所,但就高职院校学生寝室文化建设来说,问题却较为突出,主要表现为寝室环境的育人功能不强、缺乏特色;在寝室文化的建设上学生干部、学生党员的先锋模范作用不明显等。在寝室文化的建设上必须加强对学生的思想教育,引导学生营造健康的寝室文化氛围,充分挖掘寝室文化建设的内涵,突现特色,积极发挥党团组织先进分子及学生干部在寝室文化建设中的作用。

| Abstract: | The dormitory is one of the major places where present college students study and live. As for the construction of vocational college students＇ dormitory culture,there are some prominent problems,such as ineffective educational function,the lack of features,not obvious exemplary role of student leaders and Party members in the dormitory culture construction,etc. Therefore,we must strengthen ideological education to students in the construction,guide them to create a healthy dormitory culture,extract the connotation of the construction and highlight the the feature,and Party members,League members and student leaders should play an active part in the construction. |
