| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化迅猛发展的今天,作为知识载体的知识型员工是企业获取竞争优势的首要源泉,因而成为各企业争夺的重要资源,这就为知识型员工的流动提供了可能性,其流失问题也已成为企业面临的棘手问题.文章以我国知识型员工为研究时象,首先分析了知识型员工流失严重的主要原因,指出了人才流失给企业带来的风险,并提出了如何有效防范知识型员工流失的具体措施,以期对我国企业知识型员工流失问题的解决有所启示和帮助.
