| Abstract: | Constructing teachers' study organizations is urgent. Form teachers' study organizations through five aspects: 1 surpassing oneself by studying the whole life; 2 being good at accepting others and improving patterns of thinking; 3 setting up the same blueprint and trying to be best whenever possible;4 carrying out "brain storm" and making best use of cooperation; 5 learning to think systematically and penetrate changes subtly . |
