| 摘 要： | 人生有两种事件，一是成长事件，一是成功事件；成长事件是人生的普遍现象，而成功事件只是人生的特殊现象，因而生命的本色是成长，而非成功。有鉴于此，教育对儿童而言，只能是扶持成长。奠基成功，而不是无视成长，强求成功。

| Abstract: | Life has two events： one is the event of growth, and the other is success. The event of growth is a general phenomenon in life, while the event of success is only a special phenomenon in life, so the inherent nature of life is growth, not success. Thereibre, as for children, education can only be conducive to growth, and lay a foundation for success, rather than neglecting their growth and compelling them to succeed. |
