| 摘 要： | 药学本科实习对提高药学本科生的专业水平和科研能力具有重要意义，实施导师制是实践过程中一种必不可少的管理和教育模式。通过实施导师制，可培养学生的科研思维能力，帮助学生获得和提高药学知识和技能。本文从实施导师制对学生创新精神、科研能力的切实提高及人才培养质量方面，以及在药学本科生实习中的应用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The fieldwork of pharmacy undergraduates is of great significance to the improvement of pharmacy undergraduates＆#39; professional level and scientific research ability, so the imple-mentation of tutorial system is an inevitable management and ed-ucation model in practice. Through the implementation of tutorial system, students＆#39; thinking of scientific research can be cultivated and their pharmacy knowledge and skills can be acquired and improved. Starting from the improvement of students＆#39; innovative spirit and scientific research ability as well as the quality of talent cultivation in the implementation of tutorial system, this paper explores the application of tutorial system in the fieldwork of pharmacy undergraduates. |
