| 摘 要： | 针对制约唐山建设文化大市的主要因素,提出应该从深化文化管理体制改革,促进唐山文化发展;大力发展文化产业,繁荣唐山文化;加强唐山文化研究,强化文化队伍和文化设施建设;建设高校,发挥高校在唐山科技、文化、经济发展的作用等方面进行改革与建设。 |

| Abstract: | Considering the main factors which prevent Tangshan from building itself into a major cultural city, this paper maintained that Tangshan should carry out its reform and construction from the following aspects: it should deepen the reform of cultural management system to prompt its cultural development; it should go all out for developing cultural industries to make its culture more prosperous; it should reinforce the study of its culture and the construction of cultural people and facilities; and finally it should build its universities to enable them to fulfill their roles in the development of scientific technology, culture and economy. |
