| 摘 要： | 解放思想是党的思想路线的本质要求,是发展中国特色社会主义的一大法宝。深入落实科学发展观、促进经济社会又好又快发展,是新一轮思想解放的主题。紧紧围绕主题解放思想,必须着力转变不适应科学发展观的思想观念,必须自觉坚持以科学发展观为指导,落实到"第一要务"上来,落实到"以人为本"上来,落实到全面协调可持续发展上来,落实到又好又快发展上来。

| Abstract: | Ideological Emancipation is an essential requirement of the Party’s ideological line,and a magic-working weapon of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Further implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development and promotion of fast and sound social and economic development is the theme of a new round of ideological emancipation.Surrounding this theme,we should focus on changing ideas and beliefs marked by inadequate adaptation to Scientific Outlook on Development,consciously stick to the guiding principle of Scientific Outlook on Development,and ensure the implementation of the theme in "the top priority",in the principle of putting people first,in the comprehensive,balanced and sustainable growth,and in the sound and fast economic development. |
