| 摘 要： | 人与自然的关系是人类社会得以存在和发展的重要物质基础,对自然界内在价值的否定的认识,对人与自然“主客二分”关系的主观方面的绝对化和认为人的价值绝对高于自然界价值是造成人与自然关系不协调、环境污染的重要原因。科学的发展观是以人为本,全面发展和可持续发展的发展观。实施可持续发展必须坚持自然生态价值是存在性价值的价值观,坚持发展是经济、社会和人的全面综合协调的发展而不是单一的经济产值增长的发展观,尤其要坚持生存意识与发展意识相统一的价值观,才能从根本上协调人与自然的关系,保证人类的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The relationship between man and nature is the material base on which human society exists and develops.The negation against intrinsic value of nature, the subjective absolutization of the "xenial dimidiation" relationship between human and nature is believed that man's value is permanently higher than nature's and even these objective facts are ignored. These are primary reasons that lead to inharmonious relationship and environmental pollution; A reasonable view of development should support the view of the human-based comprehensive, harmonious and persistent development.To achieve the sustained development relies on-the values of natural and ecological ideas rather than consumptional ones. the full-sale development of economy,society and human should be defined as integral and harmonious development of society and economy, not as the only increase of economic productive value. Consequently, ideaology of existence should accord with that of development; only in this way can man achieve the sustained development. |
